I desperately need help with unlocking my phone, I paid for the unlock code (£8.99) and I received the code. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the unlocking procedure provided by EE.
I immediately emailed the @Unlocking @S8Unlocking "handset.unlocking.team@ee.co.uk" to get them to unblock the unlock code or send me a new code to try.
But no one has responded to me, I'm in a new country, stuck and unable to make calls with my new sim. I desperately need the unlocking team to get back to me.
Does anyone know how long they take, this is an emergency.

Hi Chris,
I emailed the team yesterday at 12:57pm and I still haven't received a reply. This is an emergency for me and I haven't had the best experience as an EE customer.
The email is from "xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com". Please can some respond to me as soon as possible, so I can unlock the phone.

Yes I do, and did call yesterday but they said I'll have to wait for the unlocking team to respond to my email.
The customer attendant said there was nothing that could be done and I had to wait.
Please can we get the unlock team to respond to me.
