With 1.0GB left of my monthly data, I’ve purchased the recurring ‘unlimited data’ add-on. I was met with a screen to say it’s successfully been added and should appear on my account shortly. It’s not appearing in my account via the app and I haven’t had a confirmation text, as I have done previously when purchasing add-ons. Is it likely that the unlimited data add-on will kick in once my remaining monthly data has expired, and only at this point I will be able to view it as active on my account? Or should it have appeared already and perhaps there is an error somewhere along the line?

The data won't show until your data has ran out, at that point everything should be ready to go.
