Hi
I'm new to the country and at the airport I bought a PAYG pack of 20pounds covering 40GB data, unlimited calls and unlimited txt for 30 days (at least that's the words on the pack).
I am now in my 6th day in London, and surprised to learn that my credit is now nil and I won't be able to make any calls. I have always had the room wifi turned on for any data usage, I made a few calls to the 02 numbers and 07 mobile numbers for meetings (roughly two hours in total) and txt messages to 07 mobile numbers with the understanding that they are all free under the plan of this pack.
I registered myself online and searched everywhere in My EE, but failed to find how much i was charged for those services.
Is there a statement which shows me not only my usage (which I found under My EE), but the cost of each usage?

You have no credit left because it was spent on buying the pack.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
