I have an unlimited 4G Home Broadband account, but I've just logged on to my account and it says I have no data left and we're barely getting any internet in the house. Despite being on the phone for an hour to your team, I haven't got an answer!

Apologies, but I'm not clear whether you have a 4G-mobile device, or a fixed-line home-broadband service with EE?
What devices do you have a problem with, and how do they connect? Is it a mobile device or a fixed-line broadband router?

It's probably only talking about data that you may potentially gift to other nos. on your a/c if you choose to. It's just a warning just in case you wanted to. You may safely ignore it & carry on using data for your own purposes including tethering.
What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi say about your data status?
