I have an unknown charge for £24.99 that has no code or name. Outrageous that this is possible. I might have made the charge but no way to verify.

Is the charge showing on your bill, or is it showing on your account as a charge on your next bill?

the charge was on my last bill and was already paid for due to the account set on autopay. I think it is unbelievable that a company would take my money and not allow me to be able to verify the charge. I have no memory of a charitable gift or anything for that amount. Right now I don’t have an hour to spend on the phone trying get through to EE

EE text you to say your bill has been generated and to check it, before the money is taken, so you do have the opportunity to check it.
Have you looked at the PDF of your bill in MyEE?

Sometimes third party charges are not identified to us, so we're unable to show the company information on your bill.
However if you contact our customer care team they will do their best to find out where the charge is from. I know you're busy but it shouldn't take an hour.
