Smart Benefit has been billed separately by Apple

Hi,

I have the EE Full Works iPhone plan and I have chosen and been using my smart benefits for at least a year now. I chose Apple Music, Apple Arcade and Apple TV+. Today I have been separately billed by Apple for the Apple TV+ subscription that should already be activated and billed under my EE plan.

How do I get this rectified so that I am not being billed twice for the same thing by two different companies, please?

Did you activate the free year of Apple TV you got when you bought an Apple device? It sounds like your smart benefit isn't setup and it's started charging after the free trial has ended.

On your iPhone, go into settings, subscriptions. What does it say for Apple TV? Does it say your next billing date is next month or the end of your EE minimum term (2 years on from when you took the contract out I'd assume?).
