Delivery No Phone

Has anyone else had this problem,

where their delivery showed up with out their phone and wireless docking charger, but just a screen protector,

which I did order, but it also had a plug and USB lead. Have reported this to EE but still without new phone and now have to wait for them

to investigate!! Just curious to see if anyone else had the same issue?!

@KatKennedy  you don’t always get everything in one delivery.  Was your tracking number for the phone or the other items ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Apparently the phone was meant to be in the package with the charging dock, Plus I had stuff in the order that wasn’t even mine

I don’t know about all sorted as still don’t have my phone or wireless dock charger.
But they r investigating,
So goodness knows how long that will take. xxxxx
