Unable to view my bill

I received notification my monthly broadband bill has been prepared. I can log into my account, see there is a bill but when I download it, I only get the first page!
i have tried both within the app and via the webpage. It is also the same for previous bills as well!

Are you downloading the PDF of the bill? What device are you using?

Hi Chris,
I am using my iPad as I always have done,but now only see the bill,and am unable to see the content.
you suggested downloading to pdf,how do I do it his on my IPad ?

Log into the My EE app > Tap Menu > Bills & Payments > Download Bill > View Bill > Save to Notes > Open your Notes app > Find the note > Tap on the first page and you'll be able to scroll through your bill.

I have the same problem again today, Unable to download-print bill, it's a common problem with ee, i notice the option to pay your bill on website works fine lol, not good. They have offered to post 1 FOC, I have called them and they can't email bill over as it's not company policy, but they can print and post (not very ozone friendly are ee) All in all ee are a communications company and they can't send email, biggest and best they claim but still a whole lot worse than other countries. Time for me to move on.
