Im looking for some people's opinions on what might be the best course of action, I'm close to being able to upgrade and the early upgrade date and standard upgrade dates are the same, they're both the 8th of October, I was wondering if it might be worth phoning to see what EE might be able to do or should I just wait it out as im rather eager to upgrade and start a phone contract any help would be greatly appreciated

@Fraser-Tucker They shouldn’t be the same the standard upgrade date is 45 days before your minimum term period and the early upgrade date is 6 months after you started the phone contract. I think you need to call
Customer services about this.

Hi Chris thanks for letting me know, I was rather confused about it when I saw that they were both the same, I'll contact customer services and see what they say
