Unable to view my bill

I received notification my monthly broadband bill has been prepared. I can log into my account, see there is a bill but when I download it, I only get the first page!

i have tried both within the app and via the webpage. It is also the same for previous bills as well!

Twice I rang them about this as I have the same issues viewing my home broadband bill via my iPhone, my mobile phone bill is fine though. All they said was that they are aware of the issue and taking longer than expected to fix. On my computer I can see all 4 pages and it downloads fine. I still would prefer to view it on my phone though.

Does this happen in a different web browser?

 

Are you using a mobile device or a desktop to view your broadband bill?

Hi there

I’ve tried the app on my iPhone and iPad and also resorted to going into the browser website. It also happens if I try to look at past bills as well.

At one point I had to save to iBooks but it’s not giving me that option either!

Apparently it is something to do with the latest update from Apple to our iPhones and iPads! Having spent time on the phone to EE as suggested, I am no nearer knowing when this will be rectified.

I can only view the first page of my bill,when I try and look at the breakdown of the different pages,nothing comes up. This is the second month of this problem,and the bill gets higher each month ?
