Unable to track order

I placed an order for an additional device on Friday and received a confirmation email. No updates since and I can’t track it using the order number to check the order status. I’m also unable to post in the main EE community page.

I’ve downloaded the DPD app as another post suggested and there’s no deliveries pending for me. It was for an Apple Watch 5 40mm pink.

Welcome to the community.

 

How did you place the order? If you've received a confirmation order, and haven't received an email saying there was a problem with the order, it must have been successful.

 

DPD will contact you the day before delivery.

 

If you're worried about the order, our Mobile Care team will be able to check it for you.
