Unable to track order. Help!

Hi I've not used this before however wondering if somebody could help.

I placed an order for an iPhone 12 last week and was sent confirmation emails with a tracking number for DPD and an estimated delivery date of the 27th.

 

I didn't receive my phone on the 27th and the tracking number I have won't work on the DPD website- any help?

No I’ve recieved nothing from DPD. Only communication from EE.

You will receive tracking information direct from DPD once your phone has been despatched and is ready for delivery.
