Unable to track my order

I have my confirmation email and tracking number, but there is no information on it yet. It's been 48 hours and I've ordered a phone that is in stock and should be delivery next day. I'm waiting for an additional sim too.

It's ok, I have resolved my query over the phone.
I have had to process the order again as the web sales do not work on bank
holidays or over the weekend. This means my order would not have been
looked at until at least Monday.
I think EE should be more upfront with their customers about this.
My email confirmation stated 'in stock, usually despatched next day'...
No mention of having to wait over the weekend. On the website it even
states that in some areas you can get your phone same day.
It's a bit misleading. If no one web sales works on weekends you should be
told at the point of order that it won't be processed until the next
working day.
