i haven’t been able to top up my PAYG account for months now. Having to rely on WhatsApp. Every time I try to use the app or website I get a message saying MyEE is not available. I’ve tried to pay via text using the CR keyword with no luck for any of my credit/debit cards. I’ve even tried to re-register a card but keep getting the My EE not available message. Anyone know how I can get this sorted out?

Thanks for the suggestion & willingness to help.
I tried to follow your suggestion but for some reason, the function wouldn’t work.
I got all the way through the process but I got a message saying I couldn’t top up my number.
Honestly speaking, it’s like my number has been targeted because I hardly ever top up.
I’ve had many text messages warning me I could lose my number unless I start to use it more often.
Anyway, I finally decided enough was enough, asked for my PAC and transferred to another provider and took out a monthly contract.
