I'm due an upgrade but says I can't upgrade

I'm within 45days of end of contract but it's not letting me upgrade and says I can't upgrade yet. Do I have to wait til the end of my contract?

@Edk1989 it sounds like you have an account issue, I recommend you call customer services to get this resolved.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Edk1989  Text UP to 150 and you’ll get the date when you can upgrade.   What does your account say ?   And yes you can upgrade when your within 45 days of your minimum contract period.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I keep texting that but keeps saying we cannot process your request. My contract ends on 23rd October. On my ee it says sorry not eligible to upgrade. But I'm within the 45days.
