NEW UPGRADE

CDALTON90
Investigator
Investigator

On the 6th September I put my upgrade order in.

Went for the Galaxy S21 @ £48pm but the phone wasn't in stock and still haven't received it.

I look now and the same deal is now £43 per month surely I should get it at this price?

Or do I just cancel the order and reorder? Screenshot_20210911_214251_com.android.chrome.jpg

Thanks

Chris

Hi @CDALTON90

Welcome to the EE Community,

to receive the deal at the revised price you will need to cancel your original order through customer services and then upgrade again.

Thanks,

David.

Thanks for the information - much appreciated.

I shouldn't have any issues should I as like I say I haven't received the phone yet?

Also ordered it on the 6th with no update on a delivery either.

Thanks

Chris

@CDALTON90 if the phone haven't been despatched it will still show as a open sales order so they will able be to cancel it and then transfer you through to a upgrade advisor to reprocess your order 🙂

@CDALTON90  The only issue you’ll face is that you’re going to probably have to wait a little bit longer for your device as you now be put to the back of the queue of that model type.   There is a backlog of orders for the s21 and it looks like that’s all model types.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi mate,

Aren't too bothered about waiting a bit longer... £5pm difference over the 24 months adds up.

They should just automatically give me it at the new price.

Wonder how many people haven't noticed the reduced price in the plans.

But thanks for the response mate.

I'll ring them tomorrow.

Thanks

Chris
