Hi there, sorry if this is in the wrong place!!
I recently got my new phone (wooo!!) but my account is still showing as S9 even though I now have an S21.
Is it just a matter of waiting for it to catch up, or do I need to do anything to change it?
Also on a side note, I ordered the phone on August 26th but it never came until 9th September; I got a text about claiming buds and a tag but don't know if I'm eligible?! Probably not but wanted to check!!

The device shown is only cosmetic & does not affect your use of your device. It will change eventually after you connect using your MyEE app from the device.

As a wee aside, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app over mobile data but still the same!
