I cannot find any information on this, and cannot get through via telephone or the chat option - hence the post.
I have two lines / sims on one iphone 11 pro, one of which is an electronic sim. I am essentially paying two contracts as I unfortunately lost my phone last December and had no insurance and was advised it would be cheaper to take on a second contract rather than buy out my original one.
I done this, however my original contract is now due to finish and I would like to stop paying for two contracts. The issue is I want to keep my original contract phone number and replace it with the for the new contract number.
I do not use this number and it appears to be registered to someone else as I am constantly getting calls for someone else, so ideally I want to change this number and revert to using my original number but on the new contract (if this makes sense?).
To summarize I have the following contracts
CONTRACT 1 SEPTEMBER 2018 - SEPTEMBER 2020 (Number I use)
CONTRACT 2 DECEMBER 2019 - DECEMBER 2021 (Number I do not use and has previously been registered to someone else)
I wish to keep CONTRACT 2 but transfer the phone number for CONTRACT 1
Thanks in advance

@astind90 Are both these numbers on the same account? And your new number is registered to you and no one else.

Yes they are, I think I have sorted it now. Got through on the phone, switched the numbers around. I can now disconnect the unused contract (will take 30 days)
