Hello all,
After quite a while in the phone last week it was arranged for a courier to collect my phone for repair. I was told to expect an email with details and a courier by Wednesday. Neither has happened.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this with ee online so as to avoid even more time wasted on the phone with them?

Welcome to the community 🙂
If you have already arranged a repair with our customer care team, DPD will come to collect the device from you. If they did not give you a time and date for this, I would give them a call to see when the courier is due to come out to you.
You can use the repair tracking portal to check the status of your repair once it has been collected.

Hi Alex,
thanks for the links.
I had arranged for a courier to the phone so clicked through to your last
link and was able to get through to the "track your repair" page where it
did indeed show much repair as "awaiting device collection" but I couldn't
get any more info so have resorted to another age on the phone.
