Transferring data

I'm trying to transfer all my data from Huaweip20 to a Samsung galaxy a52s via smart switch. It gets to 10% complete then says my old phone has lost connection, can anyone help?

You are better off backing up to your Google account and then downloading to your new device.

 

Huawei devices don't work well with smart switch I've found.
