HUAWEI B535 + Google WiFi - no internet

After having about all I can take with the original Alcatel EE 4G router, I recently bought a B535 . The speeds and stability vs the original device are superb stand along, but there is one major issue .

I have my Alcatel 4G modem/router connected via Ethernet to my Google WiFi mesh network and it all plays nicely, albeit slowly . When I switch over to the new B535 the Google network says it’s receiving no internet from the B535. I’ve trawled the net trying to find a solution but no luck .

Has anyone had similar issues with their setups ? I think the new v2 EE router is also HUAWEI.

Hi @MROB1974

Have you tried resetting the router to see if that makes any difference?

I actually reset the Google Wifi primary puck and it worked. Would have thought the Google primary hub wouldn't care about a change as to where it was getting its "internet juice" from.......appears it does.

All seemed to be working now and not touching a thing as its all very temperamental!

Thx
