Transfer number form filled in but no confirmation

Hi,

 

I filled out a form to transfer my old number to EE with the PAC code etc. I definitely completed the form as I got a message on screen telling me it was complete and that I would receive a confirmation email. However I haven’t received an email- should I complete the form again?

I would not complete the form again.

 

Usually you get a couple of texts. The first is to let you know when the transfer has started.

 

And the second is to let you know when it has finished.

 

Bear in mind that with the bank holiday, it will probably be Tuesday at the earliest that the number transfer will happen.
