Change talk plan to higher one

New to EE today Thursday want to change talk plan to a higher on. 150 goes around and around any one got correct options.

@Bigbadnev  I assume this is a PAYG,  to change the pack you can text STOP PACK to 150 then select the one you want.  if you want the new one to start straight the way you just next NOW to 150.  You might be better of waiting till you’ve used up your current allowance first thought.   Please have a read of THIS

If you can call 150 and follow the options to get to our billing team, they will be able to help you with this.

Hi thanks for your help, the 24 month sim card was new 6th Sep, unable to change talk plan, so cancelled within 14 days and they are going to send out new sim with new talk plan, long winded be got there in the end
