My phone number not transferred

So i ordered EE monthly payment sim card on Monday and i got it delivered today, when i was ordering it i filled the form where it needed PAC NUMBER to transfer my number, so when i tested my sims today it had a new phone number however i want my old number in new sims. I tried restarting it and it still didn’t work, what do i do to transfer my number
