Why is it when trying to add a watch or purchase an item online, you just go round and round in circles. Keeps saying log in, but I already am. It doesn’t work at all on the app…wanted to add a watch, think I’ll go elsewhere now, so frustrating. Been like it for months!

What is the point of an online shop, to add additional items if it never works? I can’t be bothered calling and waiting. I’m sure you’re losing lots of business!! Just fix your app and website.

This will need looked into for you and if needed a support ticked raised for your My EE account, as this should not be happening when you try and add an additional product.

There has been so many threads and discussions, complaining about this and it hasn’t been fixed. I’ve now ordered a watch elsewhere now, I’m working away and phone signal isn’t good so unfortunately, couldn’t us EE.
