Hi all, I've just taken out a new contract on 6th june and was waiting on number being transferred, rang yesterday was told itll be another day. Rang this evening and have been told itll transfer on the 6th July because I used the online option to submit my PAC code ! Anyone else have this issue and waited that long? I'm seriously thinking of cancelling the contract. TIA

Hi @Frank47

Welcome to the EE Community,

I would contact customer services again to verify when your number will be moving as a PAC code is only valid for 30 days.

Thanks,

David.

That's ridiculous to be told that. Maybe they were confusing it with the PAC validity period. Nos. are ported usually the next working day or 2 at the most.
