I've upgraded my plan, but have now received an email telling me I have been send a new SIM. I wanted to just keep old sim and number and swap my plan.

If your current sim works OK then you can continue to use your current sim.

Thanks David. So how do I tell them this. I've been on chat for 2 hours but its so busy, i keep getting kicked off. At the moment, it looks like I have two plans running simultaneously, and I'll be paying for both!!

@The_Camping_Cat if you call freephone 0800 317 720 you will be able to get through to a customer service advisor.
