Faulty Powerbeats pro

Hi,

 

I received my Powerbeats Pro today, unfortunately they cannot be discovered by any device. I got in touch with Apple Support, I've done all the steps they asked me to do, and at the end I've been told to contact EE and get them replaced. 

 

Who should I contact now?
