Hello I upgrade this evening early. It went through and I was got an email with the details. However I’ve realised that I’ve picked the wrong phone. I want the exact same Apple iPhone 11 Pro but the pro max. Is there any way I could change this it was placed online and hasn’t been dispatched as of yet as I only placed the order tonight. Thank you.

If you call 0800 317 720 from 8AM hopefully they will be able to process a cancellation on your current order and then get a order processed for the correct device.

@Samiieee : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. You may then re-order the model you want. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
