I have just received my new Samsung S21 ultra and as part of my plan I need to trade in my Samsung Galaxy S10 plus but I haven't been sent a pre paid envelope to send it back or where it needs to go back too

@Helen102 You’ll have to wait for it to arrive it doesn’t come with the new handset.

I had a message within an hour of activation from ee saying that a returns bag was on its way and needs to be sent back by 13th February.
