I sent email to EE Brightstar to confirm receipt of phone as part of a trade in deal for a new S21+. They have come back to confirm receipt and a value that their records show I have "accepted". There has been no previous communication on any value or confirmation of receipt. Can I assume that I have fulfilled my part of the contract by sending in my S10 in mint condition and therefore have met all conditions set out and there are no urther monies due? Thanks.
