Hi im just wondering if i ordered a fone and it says trade in offer,do i have to hand in me old fone thanks

Yes, it says on the sales page:

 

  • You must trade in your Samsung S7/S7 edge, S6/S6 Edge/S6 Edge+ or Note4 (in good working condition) and get £150 off the upfront cost.
