Ordered new phone 8/11/18. Still waiting with no update on delivery. No update

Hi, I ordered a new phone on 8/11/18 to be delivered to nearset store. Still waiting for an update and can't track prefer. Any ideas on How long it should take before I contact them.

@adbo2084  You’ll have no tracking information as it’s going to a store.  Give customer services a call to chase this up.
