I am looking to upgrade my phone to another Samsung, and all the phones have the trade in your old phone for £500 off, But the offer lists a number of eligible phones and states ANY condition, but when you click though it asks you to tick a box for the Apple offer, and in working condition, this is contradictory to the initial panel which states any therefore would a note 9 which powers on but has a cracked and bled screen be acceptable

Thanks for that, the terms and conditions do not equate to this being an Any condition phone and as such should remove it from the wording as this is misleading and ambiguous at best... and as a side...they are offering the same phone, terms and conditions without a trade in
