No update on my order

Hi I got a Order number and it’s says it’s processing. I can’t track my order it won’t let me. And I don’t know what’s happening could you look into this for me

The current guidance for the 256GB model is 'available to order. Order now, we’ll deliver to you as soon as we receive stock'

 

We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us.

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.
