Regular data usage is <4GB

Travelling tomorrow too, train for 5 hours are you kidding me!!

Plus when I came on the EE to check it asked me to turn WiFi off???!!!??

Hi @Fluffsfrr

If you text BA to 150 what does it say your allowance stands at?

Thanks

What does the device's data counter infographic show?

Any device updates -  iOS 15?

Any apps synchronising/ scheduled downloading of files? Multimedia, photos, videos , one drive, podcasts, films, streaming music/video, video calls, etc?

Tethering perhaps to another device, laptop / tablet, that was needing software updates too?

Not been able to post reply as no data, I bought another gig to tide me over till 23rd, it got eaten same day 😞

no idea what’s happening, kinda worried that my next 15GB is gonna be swallowed to.

this is first time this has ever happened, not changed any details and I’ve had the iPhone XS since launch. I did update to iOS 15 but surely that can’t have anything to do with it???

so annoying being in a different city with no service, at this point my phone is a glorified camera

thanks for any help given.

and yeah currently there’s 0 data available.

would EE shop be able to help as there’s one within walking distance

Oh yeah and battery seems to be effected too

Hi @Fluffsfrr

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you update your phone using data or WiFi?

If you go into Settings > Battery > Battery Health, what does your maximum capacity show?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Hi thanks for replying

I updated over WiFi whilst still at home.

My battery shows status “SERVICE”

And the health is 79%, do you think this could be causing it.

As mentioned before, I’ve not changed any settings and have been without issue until the night before I leave for holiday first time in years (smh)

Thanks
