Hi iv ordered the iPhone 13 and received my pack to send my old phone back 

will I get my new phone so I can transfer my data first or do I have to send my old iPhone back first ??? 
which I don’t want to do and be left phoneless!!!

@Alice2021  You should have your new phone before the returns pack arrives.  You might want to call customer services about this.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You won't need to return your trade-in device until your upgrade arrives and you can transfer all your data 🙂
