I ordered a SIM to change from Tesco mobile to EE on the 1st June and the confirmation email I received said it would be dispatched within a day and I would receive confirmation. It’s been 3 days since then and I’ve still heard nothing and when I try tracking, it says the order is not available.

@Mizutani_100  SIM cards are sent out via Royal Mail so there is no tracking information. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
So is there any way to know when my SIM will arrive?

SIM deliveries can take 3-5 days.

I would recommend allowing the full timescale. If you have not received your SIM by day 5 please come back to the community and let me know.

Hey again, it’s been 8 days since I ordered my SIM, I had an email come through saying it was dispatched but that was 5 days ago today.
