I ordered a SIM to change from Tesco mobile to EE on the 1st June and the confirmation email I received said it would be dispatched within a day and I would receive confirmation. It’s been 3 days since then and I’ve still heard nothing and when I try tracking, it says the order is not available.

@Mizutani_100 SIM cards are sent out via Royal Mail so there is no tracking information.

SIM deliveries can take 3-5 days.

I ordered it the 1st June so therefore it’s now been 3 days since I ordered it.

I would recommend allowing the full timescale. If you have not received your SIM by day 5 please come back to the community and let me know.
