Tracking information on order not working

I placed two orders yesterday (2/10/21) one at 00:11 and one at 23:14. 

 

I have received confirmation emails for both. 

I have also received a 'on its way' email for the 2nd order placed at 23:14, but not for the 1st order placed at 00:11 

 

The tracking information isn't working or showing for either order.

 

Can you help?

@kirstyanne93   Did you receive a tracking number or an order number a order number starts with a XKO or XKN and these are not tracking numbers. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
