On Monday I ordered an apple upgrade. I've had an email confirming the order, but not heard anything since - and now the online tracker isn't working. Is there a way to check when I'm likely to receive the new phone, or if the order has actually gone through.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
