So I have topped up my account money is out my bank but I havent reaceived my top contacted back and they said theyve take it. This happens all the time and I'm sick of it costs a fortune to call them it's a joke anyone know what I can do?

Looks like you don't have a Pack. You musta STOPped it in the past. You are paying for your calls & texts at standard rates directly out of your credit.

The top up of 10 has never credited to my account lol show you recent top ups this is ridiculous

Yes, you are using your credit on texts & calls. I can see 3 texts yesterday in your usage history & there must be more below.
