So I have topped up my account money is out my bank but I havent reaceived my top contacted back and they said theyve take it. This happens all the time and I'm sick of it costs a fortune to call them it's a joke anyone know what I can do?

Looks like you don't have a Pack. You musta STOPped it in the past. You are paying for your calls & texts at standard rates directly out of your credit.
What does it say under "Your usage" on that page?
