Top up failed

I have a pay as you go sim and tried to add £25 over the phone and the payment didn’t go through so I tried again for £20 which also didn’t work. I then went online and managed to add £25 to my sim. When I checked my bank the first two payment attempts I made are now pending but I only have the credit from the online top up.
What happens now, can I receive a refund or will I have to contact my bank?

Welcome to the community., I'm sorry to hear you had these problems topping up.
If the first two top ups weren't successful, you should see the money back in your account soon, once your bank realises the payments didn't go through.
