Hi, i have a data only sim in a router. If i use normal add-on top up screen i cannot see recaptcha. A few weeks ago i was advised to use fast top up which worked great. I’ve just tried again and now it won’t work - repeatedly and on 2 browsers and 2 devices. Just an error message saying my request cannot be completed. I’m going round in circles and going a bit dotty. Please help - thanks
No, it doesn’t work. It can see my number, i press continue and then it does nothing. Just goes back to the same page. I’ve tried to change the number to the same number and it’s the same. Thanks for trying to help.
Tried a different browser. Have no idea how to clear cache/cookies. I’ve tried on 2 phones and ipad using different browsers, android and apple. I’m going to go to a different provider. I’ve only tried to top up twice and both times were impossible without frustration and assistance. Sorry. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
