Have received confirmation email from my upgrade

Hi did a upgrade on my Apple Watch over the online help. But it’s been 2 days and haven’t had any confirmation or update via the courier. 

when should I receive confirmation as it’s been 2 days now and have checked both junk and normal emails

Hi it was the series 6 Apple Watch 40mm in rose gold. I completed it on the online chat.
