Good day, I cannot input correctly the expiration date of my credit card on the top-up payment form because the drop down selection is only up to 2028 while my card expires on 2029. I tried selecting 2028 but the transaction failed. Thanks for the support.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you give our Pay as you go Care team a call on 150 or 0800 079 8586, they will help you register the card 🙂

I need to top up other numbers, not mine.
I'm using this link: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/fast-payment-payg
So I don't want to register/save my credit card.

The Fast Top-up form does not register or save your details. It's a 1-off.

No, you would need to call CS to report it. Use the Freephone no. in my sig.
