Funny one this, maybe someone can provide insight
Have a direct debt set up for an Apple Watch, didn’t notice but it stopped taking payments in July for no reason, I’ve then had my credit file updated this month with “inactive” flag, so after noticing this I’ve gone to log into my EE online account and I get told my account is inactive and thus can’t log in.
It looks like EE just stopped taking payments, and then months later deleted my account with them, and updated my credit file.
Can anyone provide some ideas here ?
BONUS QUESTION
My partner is also with EE, they received a random payment into their bank account from EE of over £300 and then followed by an additional payment of £30, they are continuing to have service and pay their bill so again, no explanation of this, haven’t had the time to sit on the phones asking EE about all this yet, wanted to check the forums first.

@JohnWayne119 you’ll have to call EE customer services regarding both issues.
