Told order would be with me the next day

Hello, I upgraded two devices on my account, one of which arrived. I was told on the phone the other order would be with me the next day but have heard nothing since?

I have seen online that it states ‘dispatch in 1 day’ on the device but when I put in the order number and my email on the order tracker it states ‘we cannot show you details at the moment’.

The order is an IPhone 13 in blue. 

When can I expect delivery?
