My wife has just ordered the new galaxy flip z3 which also gives you the chance to claim for the galaxy watch 4 for free. We spoken to ee today and they are out of stock with the flip z 3's the final date for claiming the watch is the 2nd of November. What happens if ee does get new stock in time so we cannot claim, do we go back to ee and complain?
@Willybob15 The phone is made by Samsung who have production issues. The watch is a gift you claim from
Samsung as it’s their offer. And you think EE are to be held accountable. It’s also while stocks last so there is never a guarantee that you’ll get one anyway.
If you upgrade the phone before the 2nd November you get 60days to claim the watch from the day it arrives. Once the phone comes you should receive a txt message.
