Claiming Galaxy Buds

Anyone know why the samsung website is saying the galaxy buds claim is closed?

 I just ordered a phone based on this offer, so I assuming it is still open somewhere?

Any hep appreciated

@rmp12345   was this advertised on the device you actually ordered at the time of that order ?   To my knowledge this offer was over.
